Parmesan Polenta

It is wonderful as a side dish to a roast orserve with lots of grilled vegetables and a drizzle of balsamic

You will need:

1 Tub Dr Broth Roast Chicken Bone Broth

150g polenta

100g grated parmesan cheese

Method:

In a medium sized heavy bottomed saucepan, bring the broth up to a simmer.

Carefully stir the polenta into the broth using a whisker ora wooden spoon.

Keep stirring until the polenta thickens, this will take a few minutes.

When it has thickened, take it off the heat and stir in the parmesan

Add a food few twists of black pepper and serve.
