You wil need:
1 750ml tub of Dr Broth Ginger Chilli Chicken Bone Broth
About 250g of Ramen noodles
1 cup cooked Chicken meat – I like thigh meat, breast is leaner if you want or just some meat pulled off a roasted chicken
1 tbls light soy sauce or Tamari
1 tbls fish sauce
Juice of 1 lime
1 medium boiled egg
1 cup sliced spring onions
Pinch of sesame seeds
In a medium pot bring the Dr Broth bone broth to the boil and simmer you ramen noodles until soft in the broth.
Turn the heat off and stir in your soy sauce (Tamari), fish sauce and lime juice
Divide your chicken meat into 2 separate bowls.
Then cover with half the broth and noodles
Split your boiled egg in half and add to each bowl and cover with spring onions and sesame seeds
