Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

start your day with this nutrient dense, collagen packed breakfast

You will need:

150ml Dr Broth Chicken or Beef bone broth

1 x frozen banana

cupful of blueberries (frozen or fresh)

1 tsp chia seeds

splash of almond milk to blend

  • you can also add any extra suplements you like e.g. Moringa powder

Method:

Blend all ingredients together in your nutribullet or blender and enjoy
