You will need:

1 750ml tub Dr Broth Beef bone broth

500g Beef mince

1 tbls tomato paste

½ cup each of chopped carrots, chopped mushrooms and peas

About 2 Cups of mash potato, made your favourite way – or cauliflower mash if you prefer

Salt, pepper and 1 tbls extra virgin olive oil

Method:

In a medium saucepan on the stove fry the beef mince in the olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Fry until it is nicely browned then stir in the tomato paste.

Pour in the Dr Broth Beef bone broth, stir it through and bring to the boil.

Turn down to a simmer and cook until the liquid has reduced right down.

Stir in the extra veg and switch off the heat.

(Finish making you mash now – finish it with milk/cream/butter/olive oil its up to you. Just made sure you season it with salt and pepper and the mash is smooth and creamy)

Turn your oven to 190°C

In a baking tray, spread out your mince evenly.

Carefully spread your mash out over the mince and put into the oven.

Bake for 20 min to 30 min until the potato starts to brown.

You can add Parmesan cheese to the mash to serve.
