Bone Broth Mince

This versatile recipe can make the perfect breakfast, lunch or dinner

You will need:

1kg beef mince

1 750mltub Dr Broth Roast Beef Bone Broth

2 tbls extra virgin olive oil

1 tbls tomato paste

Pinch of salt

Handful of baby spinach leaves

Poached eggs– as many as you like

 

Method:

In a heavybased saucepan on the stove, carefully fry your beef mince in the olive oil until it browns and crisps.

Add a pinch of salt, twist of black pepper and the tomato paste and stir through.

Pour in the Dr Broth bone broth and bring to a simmer.

Simmer until the bone broth has reduced and the mince has become like a thick and chunkysauce

Stir in the spinach leaves

Top with a poached egg  and serve for a healthy,filling breakfast.
