Cauliflower Soup

Rich in vitamin C and vitamin K perfect when you need a vitamin boost.

You will need:
500g cauliflower florets - chopped
1 x 750ml tub Dr Broth Chicken Bone Broth
1 tsp smooth Dijon mustard
I cup fresh cream
1 tbls almond flour
Salt to taste

Method:
In a medium sized saucepan on the stove, add your chopped cauliflower and Dr Broth Bone Broth and bring to the boil.
Turn down to a simmer and cook until the cauliflower is soft and the broth has reduced a bit.
Carefully stir in the almond flour, mustard and cream.
(don't worry if it clumps a little bit, you're going to blend it)
Cook for a few more minutes
Use either a stick blender or carefully transfer to a standing blender and blend until smooth.
Add salt if necessary

*Remember with cauliflower the longer you blend it for the creamer it will get
