A quick & easy classic
You will need:
2 chicken breasts – cooked and sliced
1 750ml tub Dr Broth Roast Chicken Bone Broth
2 cups egg or rice noodles – cooked
½ cup sliced spring onions
1 lemon
Ground black pepper
Method:
In a medium saucepan, bring your Dr Broth bone broth to a simmer.
Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and add a good few twists of black pepper
Put your noodles and sliced chicken into a serving bowl and cover with hot broth
Add a good handful of spring onions & enjoy!
