This is a great recipe for using your left-over roast or braai meat.
You will need:
1 Tub Dr Broth Ginger Chilli Bone Broth
4 poached eggs (you can poach them in the broth using a ladle)
Your left-over roast – whether it is a roast chicken, leg of lamb, steak, chops,ribs from the braai. Carefully pick or slice the meat off the bone.
Green veg:baby spinach, bok choy, sliced spring onion or green beans.
Method: in a medium saucepan on the stove top, bring your broth to the boil and cook your noodles.
Turn the heat down and add your picked or sliced meat and let it warm through.
If you are poaching eggs in the broth then carefully submerge them into the broth in a ladle until the white pulls around the yolk, and leave for a few minutes.
Before you serve add any green veg you like, some baby spinach leaves or bok choy, sliced spring onions or green beans.
