Honey and curry spice makes this soup pack a punch
You will need:
Approx 500g of fresh parsnips, peeled and roughly chopped up
1 750ml Dr Broth Tub Ginger Chilli Chicken Broth
Pinch of salt
2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbls Raw honey
1 tsp curry powder
In a medium saucepan on the stove, start to cook your parsnips on the stove, start to cook your parsnips in the olive oil with a pinch of salt.
Cook until parsnips are starting to take on a little bit of colour, then stir in the curry spice and cover with Dr Broth bone broth.
Bring to the simmer and cook until parsnips are soft, then add the honey.
Carefully blend and serve.
Garnish with some crispy bacon and sesame seeds if you like.
