Vegan Mushroom Soup

Try is super easy and super delicious vegan soup

You will need: 1 Tub Dr Broth Vegan Broth

500g button mushrooms – chopped – or any mushroom will do

1 medium sized sweet potato, peeled and chopped

2 Tbls extra virgin olive oil

Pinch of salt

1 Tbls Sesame oil

Method: In a medium saucepan on the stove, sauté your mushrooms in the olive oil until they are a deep golden colour.

Add a pinch of salt and the chopped sweet potato. Pour in the broth, bring to a simmer, and cook until the sweet potato is soft. Add thesesame oil to garnish.

Carefully! Blend until smooth and enjoy.
